About Me

Profile Photo

Designer, problem-solver, and lifelong fan of making complicated things feel simple.

I care about creating tools that are easy to use, even when the problems behind them are complex, supporting designers so they can do their best work and working with teams that care about outcomes, not just deliverables.

I’ve been in the UX world for 25+ years, starting way back in the dot-com era and growing alongside the evolution of software. These days, I’m leading UX at SugarCRM, helping build better tools for sales and service teams. My focus is on making complex workflows smoother, designing smarter systems, and making sure real people always stay at the center of what we build.

Along the way, I’ve led design teams, built design systems, created research operations, and worked hands-on with product and engineering to deliver things that actually matter. I enjoy the strategic side of UX, but I still love rolling up my sleeves for wireframes, user flows, or a deep dive into customer insights.

Before SugarCRM, I spent a decade at Pentaho (later Hitachi Vantara) doing everything from UX design to product ownership. Whether it was designing analytics tools or helping teams work better together, I’ve always been drawn to big-picture thinking and human-first design.
